EDITORIAL

The idea of filming Pat mc Manus in concert came out of sheer frustration.
Having been fortunate enough to witness over 20 years of Pat’s career (with Mama’s Boys, Celtus and now his own band), it became obvious to us that his energy, power, joy of playing and musicianship had never been captured properly on stage.
Instead of a big venue, we rather went for a more intimate location ! The CAF’ CONC’ in Ensisheim (France) with its unusual settings seemed to be the right choice.
While listening and watching, one will feel like swallowed up by the music on display and even, by kind permission of Pat, Paul and Gordon, be invited to sit in the driver’s place.
So, dear fan, don’t forget to fasten your seat belt because this is a real live recording.
No safety net !
